1. First Home Buyers

Buying your first home is a daunting, overwhelming process. When our agents Katie & Hannah bought their first home, they were appalled with the lack of support available and wore their mortgage broker out with questions that really, had nothing to do with her. It was at that time that their passion for helping young people enter the property market was born. Our First Home Buyers Coaching Service offers tools and resources to make your buying experience smooth and gives you the confidence to take this huge and exciting step toward your dream future. 

During our session/s we will:

• map and explain the buying process
• help you to understand and take advantage for the government's First Home Buyer's Scheme
• connect you with brokers, solicitors and professionals who can help you make the most of the experience
• outline the steps you need to take if you want to find and buy property yourself - the same steps we would take if you were using our End to End Buyer's Agent Service
• be available to answer your questions as they arise.

2. Escape Artists

Contemplating your own Great Escape from the city can be quite confronting or overwhelming. Personal, family, career, schooling or lifestyle factors seem like a confusing jumble of priorities and expectations which can be difficult to sort through, and leave you feeling uncertain about what is best for you and yours or uncertain about your own capacity to pull it off!

This Coaching Service (in person, or via phone or zoom) will:

• help you find clarity and certainty
• leverage all of our years of regional and rural property and country living experience to your benefit
• work through your motivations, dreams, and goals/objectives for yourself and your family, and help you sort out your priorities
• facilitate a self analysis of your physical, mental, practical, and financial capacities and preparedness for regional or rural life, and develop a strategy to get ready
• explore together your desired lifestyle, and the type and features of a property that may provide that lifestyle
• compile this information into a Buyer’s Brief - a comprehensive property overview that will guide your search for your new home
• formulate together a step by step escape strategy for you to execute
• give you tools to make informed and considered decisions so you can confidently achieve your objectives either independently, or using our End to End Buyer’s Agent Service

3. Property Scouts

You are some way down the track to realizing your dream, and have gone searching yourself and found a property you like that might suit your needs, but you find yourself second-guessing if this is the perfect property for your needs or a smart life investment. You recognise that your relative inexperience with property leaves you open to making an expensive or regrettable mistake, and are looking for a guide to bounce ideas off, to ask you the right clarifying questions, or to give you timely advice. 

We offer the opportunity to talk though the suitably of a particular property, and to build your confidence to take the big step!

During our session/s we will:

• look at all of the features of the property using our comprehensive matrix, and determine if you need to do more research to provide a full picture
• compare the property with your Buyer’s Brief (or formulate one if you haven’t yet), and sort through your negotiables and non-negotiables to provide clarity
• look at similar properties together so you can compare comparative value, and help you towards making a decision to purchase

Maybe you need a confidence-boosting nudge or maybe you need someone to honestly tell you that you have stars in your eyes, that the property you looooove is really a pig with lipstick, and that falling in love with a house when the fundamentals of the property are missing is a trap for young players! We are happy to help with that too.
